There was some technical problem with my connection for last 5 days. I called Airtel DTH customer care and they said they r extremely sorry, and said they going to send some engineer to my place. After the call I even got an sms from airtel which mentioned my ref number and some contact number for the engineer.
I waited for the Engineer for a day and in the evening, I called in the number which was mentioned in the sms. Those guys said, they are gonna send the engineer in 1 hour. I waited again and no one shown up. So I had to call them again, this time for my surprise, they picked the call and simply hung it up. And when I called again, it was switched off.
I called the customer care again, and they sent the sms again..and I waited again..! And its going on.
I would never ever recommend AIRTEL DTH or anything which has Airtel written in it.
I am from Singasandra, Bangalore; My complaint numbers were (30054356/30074580); and I knew no one cared it.
