Being a loyal Airtel Customer since last 7 years I preferred Airtel DTH over other service providers. I basically use all the services provided by Airtel and I must say that the experience till now was superb. But I would completely disagree for AIRTEL DTH service. I requested for shifting my connection from one place to another. The executive never turned up on the designated time and date, I called up the customer care for complaining about this and they just gave me another ticket and told that somebody will call me up. Next day I got an SMS that my ticket is closed and I have no clue how that ticket can be closed without even asking me? I had so many bitter experiences with the customer care, some guy claiming to be from airtel demanded Rs. 250 over and above Airtel service charges, just to get the dish de-installed.
I am yet to receive any kind of service even after numerous calls to customer care, mailing to customer care, and I have no idea as what next I should be doing???
Here I would like to say that please don’t keep the Airtel brand while choosing your DTH service provider. They will just sell you the product with no service of any kind.
