Poor service

We bought AIRTEL DTH connection recently. After using the initial value pack we found that it had very few programs. So, we ordered few more programs and made payment by credit card on-line. But, the services that we paid for never got activated.


For the past five days we have been ringing up their customer care (Toll free no never works and we must have spent more than hundred rs on our telephone bills) and all we get is apologies and assurances. Whenever we rang up we were told to wait for 30 minute and after that again the same story.


We tried to speak to senior officer many times and we succeeded once. He told us that it will be done in 30 minutes but it is not yet done.Their customre care service is ineffective and we are quite fed up. We never had such problem with our other DTH service- DISH. SO, think twice before buying AIRTEL DTH.
