Hello readers! I was using my dish TV since 2010 till 2015, in this 5 years I never faced any king of problem with my set-up box as well the dish, but due to some problem I had to change my dish from dish TV to airtel digital TV which is as expected gives me the worst service.
The picture and sound quality are average, in my opinion the sound and picture quality also depends on the TV you are using, some smart TV can give high class resolution so it’s not a matter of product, the main thing is the service and support of the product, and for airtel this service is very poor earlier I used to recharge for rs320 per month and just after 4 months my recharge amount suddenly raised to rs450 per month.
And when I talked to my service provider they said that this is compulsory, and when I asked them why this is compulsory, they can’t give me any answer saying that they are sorry but they can’t tell, so at last I will say please don’t go with this product there is a large amount of products present in market. And it is not a value for money product
