I have been using it since more than 2 years , and everytime I find their service as dull both on responsiveness and technical part.Airtel is a known brand for Mobile services and Broadband services , but I think managing TV DTH services is not their part to handle.I am fed up of their Customer services , as just for changing to Ala Carte channels it took almost 7 emails from my end , due to incomplete information provided by them.
On technical part , changing from one channel to another took a long time and its highly irritating as most of the times it gets hanged too.The billing or plans they offer is also not better than others amy be same as what others are offering. Instead of going for this Brand Digital tv, I would definitely choose something else , as much better competition is available in same segments.
Airtel own weblink is also , quite slow and recharging takes a more time , and sometimes recharge transaction may gets hanged.But on app they have a quick and highly responsive modes.
Still a lot to get improved from their side especially customer service.
