I ported my Airtel post paid to Vodafone. My wife moved from Airtel postpaid to Prepaid, now its time to scrap the Airtel Set Top Box and moved to another Provider or local cable TV.
We have registered more than 5 complaints to Airtel for our Digital TV not working from last 8-10 days. Every time some joker takes the call and register the complaint saying he will send the Engineer and Rs 150 will be charge. Nobody has showed up from the past 8-10 days and the TV continues to be OFF.
We have recharged the TV for the next 1 year and hence they seemed not interested.
Such a sad response.
