I bought(pls do not buy airtel) Airtel set up box(3020017251) in 2016, for the first one year there was no problem, then started the airtels looting time, within 2 months I was pushed to call the service engineer more than 3 to 4 times and for each visit they charged 150 but the problem was same "unable to receive signal due to bad weather", but it was in not even cloudy, also they changed the connector which was 150/ set. I received a call from customerservice and asked to top up for 1yr with free service and also replacement of new setup box, now not even 3 months over, same problem incurred and when I called customer service understood that no free service will done, not sure then why airtel customer service are making calls and giving words like that?0
