I am struggling for last two months with Airtel DTH after taking two HD connections. The service sucks and its really frustrating and painful to get through to them.
1) When ever you call the customer service it takes atleast 15-20 minutes to speak to a customer service agent, while you are taking the call drops off and nobody calls back.
2) Everytime you call, you have to go through the grind of same questions
3) After all this the give a technician never turns up, typical turn around period is 48 hrs.
4) You write to nodal officer, its an automated reply with no reply. The number call from is never reachable.you are always in their mercy and they are the highest authority in resolution.
5) The funny part, the actually close complaints without resolution and also send an sms if its not resolved please contact this number.then number is never reachable.
6) It has been a painful experience for me for last two months in Gurgaon, I don’t know about others but avoid airtel DTH.the local operator is better.I am planning to shifting after paying so much to these guys.
