I am a Airtel DTH customer. I thought of going with HD and paid extra 2000 for HD connection. The audio quality was very poor than normal DTH. Since the picture quality is good I managed. For one week this was working fine after that I couldnt watch anything. Unfortunately I recharged for RS 750 and these guys were simply reducing money without addressing my complaint for few months.
Everyday when I call it will go to automated message for 5 minutes and simply I have to hear all such nonsense advertisement and after that it will try to connect customer support. Last minute without any notification the call will get disconnected. So no way of reaching customer support. If we try to call always we shall hear only the advertisement part. So I got extremely irritated and send mail. I always get acknowledgement mail but no response. And finally one day I could reach customer support after 3 months and asked the status of my query.
The customer support promptly mentioned that I have negative balance of Rs 50 and without paying that amount they cant take my request.
Just think that you are under this situation how will you react? Better dont get into this situation by choosing Airtel DTH
