Please keep this as your last option. I struggled to get a connection for over 90 days. Engineers don’t respond. 121 is useless. Raising your complaints to higher authorities does not make any sense either. They actually don’t know what is going on. Their replies make me lough out loud rolling on the floor. It’s a wastage of your time and efforts.
I finally booked Tata Play and got the connection in 2 days!
Now that’s what I call a service!
