I have made a mistake buying this and now am stuck. Its extremely slow, hangs most of the time and does not have most of the newer movie channels. When I called them to ask for the newer movie channels and I was ready to pay extra for them, they could not offer them.
If there has to be 1 word to describe this it would be pathetic. And what amuses me is that despite so many calls , the company doesn’t seem to bother or increase their service bandwidth.
