As everyone know that airtel is a service provide which provides DTH service as well as Network services.I am a user of airtel digiltal TV since last seven years.I remember that when I connected to airtel the starting tv pack is of 150-160 Rs but before 1-2 years airtel rapidly increases its basic starter pack price due to which I not able to recharge my airtel tv then I contacted to customer care but they refuse to gave me there best offers.they say to me if any offer will available in future than we will inform you via msg.hence my dish is closed for 2-3 month. after 2-3 month I get call by their customer care support they tell me their new offers and now a days my my is running on a pack of 420 Rs approx for 4 months.
Picture and sound quality is good.you can also get HD channels if you want better quality.sometimes you got some HD channels for free by only messaging them on festive season.Sound quality is clear and creaspy. there is no annoying sound, bass & treble is clear.you get every thing.
service & support is average not as good as customer demand.I don’t know what they think, if they wants to give you best offers then they will but if they are not good in mood than try you luck next time.
For me it is value for money because I got the best offer by them, try your luck may be you also grab it.but if you cant able to get offer by them than it is little bit of worthy.
if comes to overall reviewing than this product is good.
