Its really saddening to write this as acts like this arent expected from an organization like Airtel. Airtel has built its name after giving world class services in mobile and DTH sector. But its unfortunate that you guys have recruited CCEs who behave like illiterates.They either dont understand what a customer is saying or they want to trouble the customers, but in this process what they are doing is harming the name of brand Airtel.
I have a DTH connection 3009648186. Today, 8th December 2013 at 12:04 I got a call from CCE of Airtel DTH and he greeted me and wanted to give some information. I was driving my car and was in the middle of the road and this stupid person started talking about Airtel DTH.
As I was busy driving I told him that if this is in connection of my DTH account which needs to be recharged then I am fully aware of it and I will do it. As I was busy I disconnected the call being in the middle of the road. But immediately after disconnecting this person called me again, I told him that I am busy and cannot talk, but this idiot and dumb person kept calling me again and again. He called me 5 times one after the other, I told him that I cannot talk and asked him not to call me again but he misbehaved. I told him that I will make a complain against him to which he said do whatever you can do. I asked his name and he said Nazeem. (I am not sure)
I am hereby making a complaint against this person who is trying to enter into my personal space, I want you to take action against him and intimate me about what you have done against this guy. I am ready to take this matter to the apex authority. But I want some action to be taken against this illiterate guy.
Please check the call record and take action against this guy. I am going to lodge complaints against Airtel DTH on all available online platforms and see to it that what you guys do.
