I am a Digital TV Customer with id : 3008518101, from the 07-07-12 set top box not working, complained immediately, daily follow up but nobody interested to change /repair the set top box. every person from airtel only tell a lie.
Complain no: Every time when I call to customer care about status they generate a new no. and send it through sms.

I think 8 days is enough time now I threw it and go for new DTH connection from another service provider and go to the consumer forum for my mental torture.
