I had recently reactivated my Airtel Digital TV connection after having it in safe custody. This people kept on calling to reactivate the connection, but I had to delay it for some more days. Then after I reactivated my connection after couple of days the signal was coming and going and one fine day it gave the B001 error of no signal.
So I logged compliant of same, no engineer came for 1 -2 days and hen got sms of issue been resolved where in no one had visited or fixed the issue. I re-logged the complaint and this time to no one called/came and issue was informed to be resolve, this happened 3-4 times. By now it was more then a week over.
So I then wrote email to the territory email I was assured of issue been fixed in 24 hrs but still same situation. I escalated to nodal level got same result. Till date the issue is as it is and am thinking log consumer case over same.
I have complete history email trail and sms trail of all the complaints and email communication done with both ’nodalofficer.mumbai@in.airtel.com.#146; and dthnodal.mum@in.airtel.com. If any one is interested to have look at same is most welcome.
Any NGO/Consumer forum activist who can help in logging complaint can let me know.
