Subject: RE: Horrible Experience from Day 1
Hi,
The issue is not with the dealer. He was fine as I had enquired in multiple shops and ended up buying in one of them. Every shop I had enquired told me the same. Infact I wanted to go for Reliance Big TV they have 1 year free offer, so all the dealers said you can go for Airtel Instead. I have called Airtel Customer service about 15 Times by now and the response I get is really Horrible and frustrating. The call is taken in “ We don’t care what you want but you need to listen to us … & you have no options now “ Attitude.
I am expecting the call on 29th lets see if something good would come out of this.
Thanks
Naresh

To cc Subject Horrible Experience from Day 1
Hi,
Today I purchased your Airtel Digital TV from one of retail outlet after being today that Value Pack is free for 1 year both by your dealer and Customer Service. After I got the Kit I wanted to activate the same. Then I was told it is only for 6 Months that too after making me open Activation Voucher. I was also told that I can change the Package anytime within 15 days from activation. I call on the same day and I am told I also need to pay Service Tax for the same.
If this is the service I get on the Day one then I really foresee how frustrating the experience would be in future. Please let me know how I can return the Product and go with a different Service Provider. I had never expected I would end up into such an frustrating experience right from day 1.
Thanks.
