I Purchased a new Airtel DTH Connection or Airtels Website. Paid in Advance for one year. These people called me up and gave a Customer ID 3007479645. Since then nobody has turned up for installation. The call centre is the worst in India. I have made at least 50 calls. 95% of the times the call gets disconnected. Every agent has a different story.
Finally I was given a number of an engineer & I was asked to follow up with him. the engineer is so rude, he thinks as if airtel has given me this connection complimentary. now even the engineer has stopped picking calls. This is my first experience with AIRTEL & its way too pathetic. Is there anyway I can cancel this connection & get my refund.
