I m working here in gurgaon and installed Airtel DTH(which we have purchased from BIG-BAZAAR) 2 days before. from the very first day of Installation the device(The great Dibba) it is getting hang. after complaining in customer care they are suggesting us the bakwaas idea of switching OFF and ON the box and filling a complain they have sent a service boy who was not able to do anything and he told us that we have to replace this box. He has replaced the another box which is old one n also it was not working too. He is telling us that we will give you another box which is USED box in the replacement of our newly purchased box...On opposing it n after saying no for this he has called up his boss.
In all, I want to say don’t but any product of AIRTEL, they are cheaters. Its totally waste of money and prestigious time.
