I have Airtel customer service for 1 1/2 years now. I have paid for the entire year just to avoid the regular paying every year and they said if I pay for 10 months I get 2 months free. Today my 10 months over, and It says no balance in my account. The 2 months free is gone. I call the customer care, they say they will call me in one hour. They never called back.. I raised the issue again and got the same response. They dont call you.
They are lots of channels which are supposed to me in my packages, which wont come automatically. I need to keep calling them and you get it after a week. I thought that with Airtel brand which has been told the best in India will be good to reach. They dont live upto the words. Don’t ever go for this product. I don’t think they are going to fix any of their issue.
