I am using Airtel DTH from the past two years , I can say am literally facing torture from their service. When ever you call to their customer care, they will keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes. Also most of the time their servers will be down. They will tell they will arrange a call back, it will never happen. If an airtel executive visits your place, you need to pay him 100 rs.
Airtel DTH (DON’T TRY HELL).
My sincere suggestion is don’t even think of taking Airtel DTH, there are no words to explain Dirty, Worst, Wierd.
