I have been using Airtel dth for over 8 years and recently have had a very bad experience with Airtel Dth, my setup Box is not working properly for around 2 weeks I had registered a compliant on the Airtel thanks app on which I got a call from their service engineer and he said that my setup box is out warranty, so I asked him to please come and fix the problem but he just doesnt seem to be interested and says that it is not his area and will inform the concerned engineer to call me but I did not receive any call , next day when I called him again he says that I am busy now I will call you later but still I am waiting for his call, I am writing this review because really feeling helpless at the moment, even if it starts drizzling during monsoon the connection goes off, there are no means of communication to the Airtel management even their toll free no If you call its either unreachable or they never solve your problem, it feels like your are the consumer and i am the
