VERY VERY POOR PERFORMANCE IN RAINY SEASON.IF IT STARTS RAINING ITS ALL OVER.U HAVE TO SHUTDOWN UR TV AND PRAY TO RAIN GOD FOR GOOD WEATHER. ITS RAINING IN CHENNAI FROM PAST 2 DAYS AND THERE IS NO SIGNAL.
I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE ANSWER I GOT IS TO WAIT TILL THE RAIN GOES OFF.NOTHING ELSE CAN BE DONE.I’ve used tata sky for an year or so and I never had this problem with tata sky.If the airtel dish is not able to get the signal whenever it slightly drizzles whats the use of having dish tv??? So my suggestion is if u r planning to take airtel dth, take another dth connection like SUN DTH or TATA SKY as a backup to watch TV in rainy season also....
