INCOMPETENT CLOWNS

Hello,


After long conversation and raising several complaints, I am quite astonished by the incompetency of your Customer service agents. Your customer service agents are bad scammers, liars who promise a call back that we never hear. What in 21st century takes 3 days of time to fix an issue as simple as getting the channel information back? The channel information and the program schedule are part of your airtel service if you have forgotten and without that it is absolute madness to navigate through channels. It is like using a smart phone with Chinese language installed in it.


This issue has not been fixed for almost 7 days now which is ludicrous and ridiculous and one of your customer service agents even tried to trick me saying that my set top box is off warranty and needs an engineers visit to fix the issue and that I would be charged 150INR as service charges. I mean seriously? Are you not paying your engineers well or have they gotten to a point they have to making a living of their customers? Quite shameful for a company that has been in the Telecom business for over 20 years now.


Coming to the next request I put forth to your agents was to temporarily disconnect my service for the second set top box because the new amendments as stated in

There are many other articles on the internet clearly stating that the new TRAI rules has ruled out DTH providers to not charge their customers with any NCF when they are already paying it for their primary connection. Airtel sure has a different Modus operandi than the rest, one that allows them scam people.


Your customer agents use a lot of Jargon to confuse us and bait us and one of the incident was when you customer agent suggested that I split the connection and use it as a different set top box altogether with a different customer ID. This is when I realized that Airtel has officially lost its class. YOU ARE CLEARLY MISGUIDING YOUR CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING MORE WITH A NEW CONNECTION ALTOGETHER AND EVADING FROM PROVIDING FREE SERVICES FOR SECOND SET TOP BOX AS ORDERED BY TRAI. THIS FALLS UNDER CHEATING.Your agents resort to devious means to convince their customers.


Why would your back end team or escalation team have the right to decide weather or not I want my connection disconnected? What is the purpose of your disconnection team calling me again when I clearly have given you my consent to disconnect the set top box? Do you want to call me and try tricking me into one of your many scams or beg me to continue the service? SHAME ON YOU!


I have waited 30 minutes on the call to speak to your escalation manager MR. ARJUN. It wasn’t easy for me to get him on the call because your service agents are reluctant to connect the call to their superior, Powerful SO CALLED MANAGERS. I have not had the right services for a almost a week now and I have wasted my money on calls to fix the issue, when clearly it is your fault and unprofessional attitude towards your customers. Mr. Arjun stated that I would be charged 30INR a month as service charge(whatever it is!) to keep my set top box disconnected.


It is clearly you fellows who should be paying me for all the bad services you have been providing me. I have all the telephone conversations recorded and your cast is full of scammers, con artists, liars and cheaters. If you do not come up with a solution and still continue to cheat your customers, I am afraid I would have to show you to world with a comprehensive video about why not to use Airtel digital TV.

In summary: Get the channel schedule and channel information updated and disconnect my second set top box 003 until you stop charging as ordered by TRAI. DO NOT BE BEGGARS AND HAVE A CLASS.
