Airtel is one of the **Popular Brand** in India. Airtel Provides large number of Services such as, **Broadband, Landline, 2G, 3G and now 4G services in India**. Airtel’s one of the product Airtel Digital TV is also very Popular and it provides Digital as well as HD TV services.
Today, my review is on **Airtel Digital TV**. **Overall Airtel Digital TV is good DTH Service** but there are so many Negative things as well as Positive things of Airtel Digital TV.
Whenever you start Airtel Digital TV’s Set of Box, it takes long time for Booting. After Booting they show Advertisement and again they show Advertisement on there first channel(100). The Bad thing about Airtel Digital TV is that they show HD Channels to Person who have not activated them I mean These HD channel does not show anything they just show a massage that’ This channel is not available on you Airtel Digital TV. Now, the thing is that we know that we do not activated **HD channels** and we don’t want then why Airtel shows that message. Airtel should have to remove all of unnecessary channels for gain trust of Customers. **The graphics of Airtel Digital TV is best**, there is no issue in it but the bar which channel description shows that is very large, this should be small and **Airtel should have to reduce Advertisements on it’s First page because it irritates the Customers**.
*If anybody wants to change his Registered mobile number then Airtel is not providing any service for this, currently **. In Tatasky’s DTH there is one best thing and that is, the channels which you do not want to see you can remove them and you do not have to pay for them, and it saves you money but airtel do not provide this kind of service for there customers.
Recording Feature is available in Airtel Digital TV but it is not for everyone.Recharge Packs are very **highly costly** than other DTH services like Videocon, Tatasky etc.
I am Currently a user of Airtel Digital TV but now I am Planning to replace it with TataSky, Because there are so many features in other DTHs That Airtel do not. Airtel is trusted Brand but its User’s Satisfaction is not very good, it is average**.Picture and Sound Quality is Good** and **Service and Support is just Average**.
Personally, I will never recommend Airtel Digital TV to anyone. But if Airtal Make some changes and make its Service and Support much better and introduce some new features in it then there will be possibility of Airtels Growth.
