I made a mistake of merging my account id 3014888256 and 3016311978 which turns out to be a nightmare for me first they disconnected my first id without swapping its card for the new id, .
So I couldn’t be able to watch that tv for all the while and getting through their customer care is not again a easy job after long holds untrained and naive people will greet you who instead of supporting your will make silly mistakes to put you in dreadful hassles as in my case after getting the id activated.
I find out that a unauthorised activation of rs 1465/- pack has been made on my account sending my balance in negative now even after my several telephonic and email communications upto the nodal level and now written to the ceo but no one is willing to support and come up with a solution by taking back the unauthorised pack and reversing the deducted amount so far. So my advice to stay away from airtel if you want trouble free experience and to safe guard your hard earned money.
