I really dont know if Tata has decided to cheat all fellow Indians by its services like TATA SKY, TATA AIG. etc etc. All are a big cheat. I took tata sky and paid them for annual subscription now their prices have come down but no compensations.
Moreover with in year I am unable to see any channel of Entertainment segment, reason given by them is cable failure they say it is an internal cable provided by the builder which is not suitable to use Tata sky digital signal so a new cable laying is required and I need to pay 350 rs as service charges. What a way to earn the money? I simply asked them why it was not informed to me while installing the same, I would have never allowed to use the internal cable. Moreover, this is a service and for providing the same their charges are inbuilt in the package then why every visit has to be charged. Our local cable wala never charges the same. Air Tel never ask for money if their is a problem in your phone line, if ring tone is not there or it is dead. Then how come this service is different from the basic telephony.
I was really unfortunate as the society where I live in, already installed MDU of tata sky so the soceity authorities never allowed to install the DISH.(perhaps some commission arrangement). I have decided not to pay for this kind of work as today it might be a cable fault, tomorrow it might be set up and day after another. I would rather prefer to surrender this and would like to go for some other.
If any of you know how to reach their top officials, please let me know.
NEVER BUY A TATA SKY.
