Airtel DTH has the worst customer service in the country, even though my preferred language as per my account is English, I keep getting connected to a Hindi speaking representative who cant speak English for nuts...
I wanted to change my package to a lower cost one and its been almost 10 days they just wont do it... all they do is keep asking you to call up, send an email, send the request online... all the possible excuses not to change the package.
I would request people out there do not fall prey to these kind of DTH service providers. I wish the Govt soon does bring in an option where we can Port the DTH service to another operator if your not satisfied with the service provider.
