I got Airtel DTH installed on 15th May 2013 and got two months subscription free with it. Now since my subscription is about to expire I wanted to opt for anA La Carte package.
I tried to createA La Carte package around 7th of July through Airtel website but didnt receive any confirmation for two days. When I called Airtel Customer Care I was asked to try again to makeA La Carte package again and if it wont work I can call back and it will be done over the phone.
Hence I once again created theA La Carte package on 10th July and again didnt receive any confirmation about it. After waiting for two days I called Airtel Customer Care again hoping to create a package online but the representative refused to help in this matter and even refused to take a complaint regarding inability to createA La Carte package online.
Now I have emailed their customer care ondigitalTV@in.airtel.com and waiting for a resolution.
Just two months since I started using Airtel DTH and I am already made to regret opting for their service.
