I am feeling very much cheated by the airtel dth service as on 30/ may/ 2012 I had recharged my account no 3002743499 and availed the service of advance pay option and get around one month extra scheme (some scheme pay in advance scheme.
They also get the interest of the advance amount) from the call center .according to which it was supposed to expire on 31/December/2012 and during this period I was not permitted to modify or change my plan. After booking for six months an additional amount of RS 74.65 was there in my account.
The real problem occurred on 22/DEC/2012 my services were stooped and account balance only RS 10 and when contacted the call center they did not help and spoke very harshly. If any one using any airtel products or services be alert because this people cheat their consumers, keep a track of your mobile balance u wont no if RS 1 deducted every day multi by number of users.
I got cheated by airtel dth pack they robed balance(money) from my dth AC and reduced the validity date so I thinking to file in consumer forum .friends be alert b’coz a" rupee saved is a rupee earned".
