We have airtel connection for about more than 11/2 years.
On 23rd July I had logged in complain [ no.3375444] for no reception. furthermore, I also recharged my TV with rs 500/- air tel voucher.
On 25th July again the same complain was registered with your customer care division. [ no-3397256]
No Action had been taken from your side.After that I also logged in my complain twice on your sight , but of no use. There was no reception, for which I was being promised an engineer visit. In fact I was asked to follow up with your technical team by myself. Another complain for no reception registered on 5/8/2010 [no-3486274]
AGAIN the same complain was registered 12/8/2010 [ no-3547871]
Finally the engineer came on 14th and charged us rs 200/-for his visit .
How can my balance show minus when there was no service during this whole period.need action..otherwise I will have to go to take legal action......it is sheer case of cheating and fraudulent practice....your services are pathetic as you can see by the no of complains made to you.in fact we had called multiple times but no complain no. was given..chhavi 9911189688
