My customer ID is 3000822576. I went for annual subscription after being promised that I will be offered additional 2 months. As the validity for additional 2 months was not reflecting & I was not getting the comitted channels, I started contacting their 24x7 helpline. After a marathon effort, I succeeded in getting the comitted channels. For the additional subscription, I was told that it will be automatically added on expiry of the validated period. I approached their email ID & their nodal officer. Now they are saying that the subscription is for 12 months only. As all transactions are faceless & impersonal, AIRTEL DTH IS TAKING ADVANTAGE TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS. BEWARE. Their helpline is pathetic & frustrating
