Your troubles starts once the DTH is set up. till then the Airtel will be very prompt for installing. once the product is delivered to customer their job is done. they leaves the customer to his fate. thats it.
The relay is not stable and u will loose the picture if there is a small breeze not even wind.if it rains you can forget it for two days. if we call up the customer care they come up with some message which is pre composed. (IVRS is better). never expected such a customer care from Airtel who have proved in mobile service.
I got fooled by that goodwill and brand..
