I have been Airtel subscriber for a year now.Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and they take their customer for granted.
Unless you call them repeatedly for any issue, the request will never go through.
Airtel have selected right profiles for this service as they will absolutely let down the brand name which Airtel took years to create in mobile.
Based on my past interactions with local cable guy, I would say Airtel will take years to create that level of responsiveness/satisfaction.
