Please don’t bother with Airtel DTH. Till I made the payment, they continuously kept calling me. Once I made the payment of Rs 1790 for South Value, booking id:192135, no call back nothing. Promise of 24-48 hrs for installation was made. Now 5 days have gone by and no installation or even an initial callback.
When we call for booking, we are given toll-free number, when we call for cancellation, they ask us to call a Toll number. Pathetic.
If this is the service Airtel provides just for installation, I wonder how their response would be when I have a technical or billing problem.
I have decided to ask my credit card vendor to cancel the payment if I don’t receive a call back today and if installation is not completed tomorrow.
