Worst customer service.

I had been using Airtel Digital TV DTH connection for the past 8 years and recently I have changed it only because of its bad customer services. I would like to share some of my bad experiences with you that made me change the connection.


Whenever I got a problem in my connection, I called the customer Helpline numbers and they won’t pick it up till half an hour. After listening to the problem, they send a service engineer which investigates the problem. The thing I don’t like it that they even charge 150 RS as service charge when they didn’t have a solution to the problem.


The other thing that I didn’t like is they say that the dish antenna and the set Top box is the company property even after we only pay for it. At first we had a SD connection and then we upgraded to HD. After installing the HD connection they took away the SD antenna and set top box saying that its company property. The thing that I didn’t understand that we only pay for the thing that the end is not ours.


Everything about the Airtel DTH connection is good except the above mentioned points.
