The Dish set and the set up box is not your property even though you pay Rs 2000 for it. If you want to discontinue from them they will never let you go, don’t keep extra recharge amount on your Digital TV account they will swallow them. Though you get confirmation for discontinuation they keep deducted your account.
Unprofessional service people, they hire local boys and send to your house. They hardly know that, this is the worst company no ethics no moral values, just make money out of customer’s sweat & blood. Loot you left & right, you may more than what is offered as a service. It is not worth to do any business with Airtel.
Digital TV technical wise is ok service wise worst, its costly.better go for TataSky.
