Ordered on 24th and installed on 29th. Online booking from DTH India at 1349 rs including delivery and 1 month south my family pack. Recieved error code B004 but nothing to worry as it disappeared after 5 minutes rebooting the stb. Stb is stylish and the universal remote delivered by airtel is mind blowing ( seriously one powerful transmitting remote for both your TV and stb) . I placed my stb behind tv and it still like charm. Product is good.its picture and sound quality is nice. But, field level service is soo bad.I got a bad experience with them
