I have recently shifted from Hathway to Airtel since I moved to Pune. I could not find Hathway service in the area I live. Airtel was prompt to come for installation after online payment. The technician wanted to drill holes on the walls initially. When I refused he suggested it can be done without drilling. They want to do quick dirty job. After installation I realized the set of offer do not match my requirement. if I want neo sports or tensports its @ extra cost. They don’t have channel like tv5 monde, DW, Fox channels. When enquired with customer service they had no solutions. When the balance is low they send you 10sms’s per day to recharge. how desperate are they?
