From day one, since my upgraded DIGITAL HD recorder was activated, I started to feel very bad about my decision for not considering my friends advice for trying tata sky+. The airtel digital website has option of choosing /requesting a la carte package. I got trapped at this point.Requested online for change of package by selecting channels of my choice. Waited for the confirmation call for three days, followed up with customer care- but no help. On forth day, the package was activated - but the the total package costed Rs 449/ against rs 297/- estimated and displayed during online request.
The airtel customer care is so pathetic and ignorant that after making 8-10 calls, I could not get any help to resolve my issue. every time, I was asked to wait for senior officer and the call was put under hold - which gets disconnected after next 2-3 min of wait.
Anybody wishing to upgrade should try with tata or reliance- I have good number of friends as satisfied customers.. But not to fall in prey to the unqualified and arrogant people of airtel..
