I have Airtel Mobile connection, Never want to buy Airtel DTH connection for my TV. Since I have already some bad experience of it. I had purchased Airtel DTH connection few years before. Few days after I faced some signal issue. I called customer care executive. It was very bad experience with Customer service. they could not resolve my issue. I went to dealer, he charged lots of money for fixing it. But few months after again I got signal issue. Again I tried to contact customer care, but no luck. It missed World Cup Cricket and many games .There was not God TV available on it. I called it to make it available, but again no Luck.
Now I am using Tata sky, its good enough as compare to Airtel DTH. The worst thing of Airtel DTH is that they use to call you again and again and remind you to recharge .Even you have recharge than they never stop calling you and trouble you. Tata sky never makes you trouble, even if you have some issue than you can missed call on their tall free number and they help you calling back on your number and fixing your issue. Even they have regional customer care group of many Indian language which Airtel don’t have .
Friends, if you are looking for a DTH connection than Tata Sky is best. Which have good package option in low range and even good customer support.
