I am having pathetic experience with Airtle DTH. My cable is down for last one month. I have been calling to their customer care every day,
They dont even maintain a log of previous conversation, so every time you need to explain the problem. I think, I must have spent at least 100 rupees on these calls.
Every time, they will open new ticket and close the old one so that their SLA is maintained and the ticket doesnt show up in ageing report.
They also maintain a local number, where no one picks the phone.
Many times, my call was escalated to their supervisor. Every time they promised that problem will be fixed but nothing happened.
Few times, their technician also came to my house but they were unable to resolve the problem. One will say its antena problem and other will say its DVR problem but then problem remains unsolved. They never came prepared with all the things, so that it can be resolved. Poor technicians spent so much time without getting the results.
Today, when I told them to disconnect my service and refund the remaining money and price for DVR then they told , as per their records money has been refunded to me on 28th December 2010. Please check your credit card , which I did and there is nothing.
Airtel is behaving like a cheater, who will take all the money up front and its your luck if you get no proble. If you are unlucky then they will never fix the problem and never return the money as well.
I am very dissatisfied customer. It is my appeal to all the readers, dont get persuaded by the flashy Airtel advertisements and buy the service. Please try other providers. These guys are cheating people in very organized way.
