I have been facing a issue with Airtel DTH since 12 days. I have registered a complaint on the first half of last Saturday (22nd Oct 2011). The request / complaint number 12893363. One person came on Saturday evening empty handed and left without doing anything. Another person called me on Sunday afternoon and told me that he received the complaint only at that time, assured me that he would get back on next day. There was no follow up on the next day.
The first guy neither turned up again nor answer my phone class. Airtel people dont seem to be interested in resolving the problem. My DTH connection is not even a month old. Never expected this kind of service. I had to spend the more than two weeks without TV. Very surprising fact is that, none of the persons know the exact problem I have been facing, everytime I need to explain the guy who calls me. The cable connection I had earlier was far better than this. Please think twise before you go for this DTH service.
