Currently, I am using some other DTH and compare to Airtel, it is better. My experience with Airtel DTH was very bad and I used it only 3 months, after the worst personal experience I made a plan to switch to another option.
Without opting HD channel, they added it in my monthly package and increased the rental without my permission. I called to Customer Care, first all the CCEs are busy after many calls I got a chance to connect them.
I complain about the Additional charge in my monthly bill, then Customer Care Executive inform me about the reason that "HD Package" was added.
In spite of many arguments, they force me indirectly to keep this package and start giving a different kind of discount on it. That kind of incident happened so many time.
