Hi Guys
as im a good customer of airtel DTH but now a days im having worst experience from them.
As I have called them yesterday regarding dome recording issue, and I have to record some of the tv shows.
When I tried to call customer care they always says please wait our executive will pick your call soon.
And after so many tries they reject it and we have to call it again and again. I asked the representative a simple question which she was not able to answer and her answered me in a rude tone. later I asked her to transfer the call to any senior person to which she asked me to wait and the wait didnt end for almost 30 mins.
So this was my bad experience on airtel DTH and I will suggest them to hire some more executive if they have lots of customers which they cant even handle.
