I have subscribed Airtel Dth because of company of Indian origin but extremely sad to say kind of services it has offered is really not upto the standard.
Their maintenance cost is too high quiet often their products like set top box, connector, etc automatically stops functioning and once it get repaired their life would not be more than a month or so. TAT for resolution of the problem is too long, stock of products is not there anytime, due to which your recharged amount get wasted just in waiting for their technical team to resolve the same. technical team doesn’t give you cash receipt and they are highly unprofessional.
so for evryone I would urge switch to any other dth but not too airtel dth.
