Airtel DTH service is very bad.Service hours is much more .According to the duty hours salary is less.It has no extra benefit of salary and various occation holiday.No extra holiday issue in various occation, like puja occation, summer vacation and winter vacation.
It job security is not good.It is not life time job .Any time you have to sake.Job security depend their demand and market.
Career growth is very slow.After 5-6 years later you have to promote one to another post according to your performance .Salary growth is also very bad.You have no sure your career growth after some time period later.
You have to duty any time. In summer you have to go outside to solve DTH signal problem, new connection, wire problem.
CEO rating also bad.
So I recommend to all not to this type of private job.Thanks.
