Airtel going bad to worse !!

I have been facing problems in my Airtel DTH connection since last 3 months and have already complained about the same to customer care several times.


Most of the times the server of customer care is down. Can’t they just note down the problem and act on it later on?


Their escalation matrix is not mentioned on the website and we got it after sending many mails to customer care.


Even after relocation of dish and changing Lnb and connectors, there has been no permanent improvement in reception.


We have to go to the terrace after every few days and locate the direction of dish.


Their technicians even after so many visits have not tightened the Dish. Is it our work to set it and tighten it every time the network goes away?


Airtel service and customer care has deteriorated over a period of time, and they have also increased the charges of Dth.


Its better that they improve it otherwise customers will run away!
