I am using Airtel DTH services here in Delhi from about one year, I have HD connection for my HD LED. Airtel DTH technical service is awesome thats why they are charging so much, Airtel is most expensive DTH connection available in India. But along with expensive charges they are maintaining the DTH Service as well. From the time I am having this connection I never had the issue with signal or poor signal strength or connection cut. Thats a commendable task airtel is doing but coming on to their customer service is what I feel is worst because my experience with them is not good. They just dont care about customers at all. Once there was a offer given by the airtel that for being loyal customer to airtel additional HD channel pack is activated for me for a month and for that they called so I said thats great and thanks for this. But after one month they didnt cancelled the pack which they gave me and all money I recharged my pack got deducted they I called them then they said I was suppose to deactivate the free pack they gave to my, I was literally shocked that these pack should be autocancelled and they started arguments and all that. I registered a complaint for this to their higher authority but they again started making excuse. In the end for that I feel like looted by them:(
