I am simply bewildered by how someone can manage to make a great service so crappy, yet airtel has managed to do just that. I bought this product as it required only 1 cable for Tv, Internet and TelePhone with just one bill which was easy to pay; the picture quality is very acceptable wifi internet penetrates only two rooms in your house but gives decent speed.
Airtel could have made this a gem with few upgrades, but they instead chose to ignore IPTV for Digital Tv and this shows in their service. You don’t have a say in what channels you need for recording and connection problems are aplenty. With HD gaining dominance this technology will be out in no time.
