Hi friends I am using from last one year and I get so many problems about network and when I report about that to the customer care service they always talk to me in rough manner. This is the world thing about them.
NETWORK - Airtel has good network quality but sometimes it falls to zero. And it also takes so much time to recover its speed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Customer service is so bad that it took to their customers very roughly.
Once I complaint about the speed then they talk to me in a very rough manner that I stopped using it up from that day.
CHARGES AND BILLING - charges of air Tel ur so high that and ordinary person cannot afford them.
So it is not a good choice from my recommendation.
